Elena Parent is a commercial litigator focused on financial services and employment cases. She brings detailed analysis to each of her cases and enjoys being a counselor to her clients.

Admitted to practice in Georgia in 2002 after graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law, Elena spent seven years as an associate with Sutherland Asbill & Brennan LLP. While at Sutherland, Elena focused on broker-dealer disputes including the defense of claims such as unsuitability, churning, unauthorized trading, and failure to supervise. She also handled employment matters.

Elena also served as the Executive Director of Georgia Watch, a consumer advocacy and policy organization, from 2012 to 2014.
