Nene is an associate who focuses her practice on litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Nene worked in the Securities Litigation Group of an international law firm where she supported attorneys in defending companies and individuals in complex litigation, SEC investigations and enforcement actions, FINRA arbitrations, and securities fraud class actions.
Nene previously served as a Senior Arbitration Administrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (FINRA) Southeast Regional Office of Dispute Resolution. While at FINRA, Nene managed over 250 cases and was a member of the Editorial Board of The Neutral Corner-FINRA Dispute Resolution’s publication focused on member compliance, arbitration rules, and procedure updates within securities dispute resolution.
Nene is a certified information privacy professional and privacy enthusiast. She has drafted several privacy policies and website terms of use for not-for-profit organizations through pro-bono programs.
