Marvin Lim

Associate

Marvin is an associate who focuses his practice on litigation. He has experience with FINRA arbitrations involving, among other issues, suitability, excessive trading, failure to supervise, and due diligence. Marvin also has experience defending enforcement actions before the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, FINRA, and state regulators. He has prepared witnesses for testimony and has represented them at on the record proceedings. He has also drafted Wells responses for matters before the SEC and FINRA.

Marvin previously worked as a Legal Fellow at the ACLU and as Legislative Counsel at the ACLU of Georgia.
