Aaron Wright

Aaron Wright is an attorney who has represented corporate and individual clients in civil and regulatory matters since 2008.

For the past several years his practice has focused on the securities industry where he has represented broker-dealers, investment advisors, registered representatives, and individuals. He has significant experience with FINRA arbitrations, and he has worked on enforcement matters with the SEC, FINRA, and state regulators concerning numerous issues including suitability, excessive trading, failure to supervise, due diligence, insider trading, and anti-money laundering. Aaron has also provided compliance advice to financial professionals and firms.

Aaron began his legal career in the civil litigation department of Foley Hoag, LLP. He focused his practice on various civil and regulatory matters and was invited to join the firm’s new Privacy and Security group where he worked on several regulatory and compliance matters related to protecting personal information. At the same time he was heavily involved in the firm’s pro bono program making multiple court appearances to seek protection for victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault.
